Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! We are very happy to assist you as much as possible prior to your bowl purchase and highly encourage you to listen to the bowl with any other instruments prior to purchase (which is why recordings are available on all listings). Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accept returns of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls® at this time. We hope in the future we can accommodate a returns process and will let our customers know the moment we can.
