Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! We are very happy to assist you as much as possible prior to your bowl purchase and highly encourage you to listen to the bowl with any other instruments prior to purchase (which is why recordings are available on all listings). Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accept returns of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls® at this time. We hope in the future we can accommodate a returns process and will let our customers know the moment we can.

All products offered through House of Sound Healing, including Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls®, accessories, and protective cases, are subject to availability. Certain collections, including warehouse or “available by request” listings, require confirmation of inventory before an order is finalized. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product becomes unavailable prior to confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, collections, or services at any time. All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color, tone, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen display differences, and the unique nature of crystal instruments.
Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. House of Sound Healing is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation. All sales are subject to our posted Return and Refund Policy.
